7 Gaming Rules

9 Account Closure & Suspension

• Extended inactivity for 12 months.

If you wish to close your account yourself

To close your account, please contact our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. Note that any bonus balance will be forfeited.

Inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee until the balance reaches zero.
